IN HOME PACKAGES
All my in home packages include a home visit where I will asses your child and her sleeping environment, discuss and implement a plan and walk you through the appropriate technique to teach your baby to go to sleep. Included in all in home packages, is a two week period of "REAL TIME" unlimited online ongoing support.

Your choice of either 1 or 2 days x 3hrs in home visit.

Day 1: Introduction to child, Sleep Environment checked for correct and safe bedding, Demonstration of settling technique (consultant will put child to bed, while parent watches), Discussion and questions answered (while child is sleeping) covering milk and food intake, weight gain/loss, any medical conditions, past sleep patterns, sleep cycles and the difference between day and night cycles, how to establish a good routine and set up positive sleep cues and how to remove and negative sleep aids. Resettling technique demonstrated if child wakes after only one sleep cycle.

Day 2: Dependent on parent/s wishes, settling techniques can be demonstrated again by consultant or parent can do the settling technique with consultant watching to have feedback on whether the technique is being performed correctly. Any further questions can be answered while child is sleeping and resettling technique (when and if child wakes early) demonstrated or watched (parents choice)
The Ultimate package gives you 3x 3hrs of in home help. You can choose between 3 consecutive days or 2 days one week, one day the following week.
This package is a great choice for those 'spirited' toddlers that really put on a performance at bed time for mummy and daddy. Enquire Here
Similar to the standard daily packages but with a 5 hour visit instead of 3 hours.
Your choice of either 1 or 2 days x 5hrs in home visits.
Structure of days set as per standard package, in most cases this will cover 2 day sleeps.
Perfectly suited for younger cat nappers as we are able to go through 2 x 'settling to sleep' and 1 x resettle. Enquire Here
This includes a thorough assessment of your baby’s current diagnosed medical issues, including but not limited to Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Reflux, Eczema and Food Intolerances/allergies. During the consultation period you are welcome to ask as many questions as you like on any baby related topic you wish.

First 3 hour in home consultation to discuss dietary changes in initialise the diet (followed up with 1 week of online support)

This package allows you to rest, take time out and care for “your” needs with the knowledge your baby/s are in trusted hands. Ideally suited to the first 12 weeks of your baby’s life but can be arranged at any time. Enquire Here
This package is for all new parents who would like to know more about caring for a newborn. All your questions answered on any topic including but not limited to sleep, settling, feeding, bathing, skin care, crying patterns, self care, setting up your baby's sleep spaces, when to introduce a routine and how to do this gently, how to avoid sleep problems in the future and how to encourage self setting (and when).
