Standard Sleep Package

You receive 'REAL TIME' support at each and every one of your baby's sleeps.
Our Sleep Package offers real-time support at each and every one of your baby's sleeps. We are here to guide and support you through teaching your baby to self-settle and sleep independently. With immediate support right at your fingertips, you can feel confident in your ability to teach your child the important life skill of sleeping well.

Extended Support, Sleep & Diet Package
3 weeks of unlimited 'REAL TIME'
online support

Our Extended Sleep & Diet Package includes a thorough assessment of your baby’s currently diagnosed medical issues, including but not limited to reflux, eczema, food intolerances, and allergies. We will also cover sleep issues and settling techniques.
The weeks will be set out as follows:

Week 1: Diet review and implementation of changes.
​
Week 2&3: Sleep and settling
techniques and set up of routine, with Real-time support at each and every one of your baby's sleeps. (These weeks may be delayed until dietary changes have been installed)
​
Tele/VC/Email Consultations
​
Billed in hourly increments
​
Tele/VC/Email consultations are for those who would like the opportunity to ask questions in a designated time slot.
During these sessions, you are free to ask as many questions as you like, and you will also receive an emailed (within 24hrs) plan to follow.
Optional extra: You can choose to have unlimited email follow-up support for your choice of 1 or 2 weeks post consultation.

Welcome Home
(Newborn care) Package

We understand that being a new parent can be a challenging and rewarding experience. That’s why we offer our Welcome Home Package to provide guidance and support for those first few weeks.
We cover any topic you would like assistance with, including sleep, settling, feeding, bathing, and more. Let us help you set up your baby’s sleep spaces and prepare you for the exciting journey of parenthood.
