All the information supplied by the client to Blissful Bubbies will be held in confidence. All the information supplied by Blissful Bubbies is strictly confidential. Any passing of information to potential clients is forbidden.

 

These terms and fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable, except as specifically provided for in these terms and conditions.

 

There will be no travel surcharge for clients within 40km of where the consultant will be travelling from (Central, Gold Coast) - thereafter, a cost of $50 per day will be incurred (i.e. North to Loganholme, South to Cabarita Beach and West to Beaudesert).

 

For any service to be confirmed and a date of service guaranteed, a deposit of $75 must be paid, and the funds must be cleared. Blissful Bubbies will then contact the client to secure a suitable date for both parties. Blissful Bubbies is not an agency and, therefore, will not charge any agency fee.

 

The consultation deposit is non-refundable. If the client cancels the booking and does not re-book within one calendar month, the deposit will be retained.

 

The remainder of the service fee is to be paid in full and cleared in Blissful Bubbies account 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

 

If the client cancels the booking and does not re-book within 48 hours prior to the consultation, no refund will be given.

 

Should the consultant fail to maintain an appointment due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, Blissful Bubbies reserves the right to change the date and offer an alternative. If that is not possible for either party, a full refund will be given.

 

Blissful Bubbies cannot guarantee that your baby will sleep solidly for 12 hours overnight every night. The client must understand that the baby is a little human being and cannot be programmed. Blissful Bubbies does, however, guarantee that after the consultation period, the baby will sleep better than he/she did before.

 

Blissful Bubbies prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

 

Blissful Bubbies reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version of the terms and conditions as published at the time of each booking will be taken to apply to the booking. By making a booking, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions as may be in force from time to time.
